We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin (French part), Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Singapore, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela.

Orders are delivered to the recipient’s door within a standard time of 24-72 hours (working days in the place of delivery) from the date of dispatch from the Sultanate of Oman as follows:

  • GCC Countries:

24 hours to the door of the recipient across major cities.

Maximum 48 hour to the door of the recipient in other cities.

  • Non-GCC Countries (more than 220 destinations):

48 – 72 hours.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by DHL, UPS,Asyad Express or Fedex shipping companies depending on the country of shipment.

Unfortunately, due to the shipping companies’ restrictions on delivery to such addresses, we might not be able to send your order. We suggest using a regular address when placing an order.
If you’ve already placed an order with such an address, please contact us  from the e-mail address used to it so that we can check if the shipping company is able to deliver your package.

We will send your orders from the beautiful city of Muscat in Oman.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently provide the option to pay extra for expedited delivery. However, rest assured that we’re working around the clock to ship all the packages in a timely manner and remember: Our products are worth waiting for. 😊

Expected delivery time is 15-20 business days. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee.

You can pay with your credit card (AX, VI, CA or Discover) or via PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Payments are made in USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, CHF. If your local currency is other than mentioned above, please check the currency that you will be charged with by adding a product to the cart. Remember that your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at its rate of exchange.

We are afraid it is not possible to update an existing invoice with the company’s details. That’s because sales on our website are done between Romadon and an individual, not between companies. This is why there is no option to enter the company’s details at checkout. Sorry about that.

Each design is created and owned by the artists and it’s their intellectual property. Therefore, the artworks on our website cannot be sold in digital format.

You may cancel your order within the next 24 hour of placing it. This is due to the fact that after that time Romadons are Produced .

We use high quality Iron plates and high-quality paint

Due to the powder color (electrostatic), yes it is possible. But in the case of wall clocks, it is not possible because of the clock motor.

Romadon metal products are designed and manufactured for indoor use. You can also use Romaden products outside the home, but every 3-4 years you should paint the surface of the product to make it resistant to rust.

RETURNS &
EXCHANGES

You may return a Product within 100 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state.

After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of cancellation, however, we will do our best to do it asap.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to us .

All those who will not get any response within the next five business days are considered as not accepted for Romadon for which we are sorry.

Becoming an Artist on Romadon is 100% free! 😊

Romadon reserves the right to reject any artwork during the validation process that is not in line with the profile of our website or doesn’t meet our technical criteria. The most common reasons for artworks’ rejection are: low quality files and borders or text being too close to the edge.
